We open the season with the Kondisløpet Vårspretten on May 7th. The race is organized as a physical event at Vasstranda in Ålesund, and as a virtual race across the rest of the country. Join us to test your fitness on the three- or five-kilometer distance, or both. This year's Vårsprett also has a rich history, where previous events have been influenced by weather conditions, such as snowmelt, and relocated to alternative locations like Tjerviken.
