The Namdalskarusellen 2025 follows a similar format as in 2024, with two participant classes: participation with timing and participation without timing. This year's series includes several races, with the first, a cross-country race of 5.6 km, taking place on April 22, 2025, on Otterøya. The course starts from Coop, follows a lit path, and then returns to the main road before following FV465 to a tractor road that leads down to the gravel road towards the finish, which is located right by the start. The youth will run together in a mass start, while the others will participate virtually later in the week.
