Race description

All information on this page is based on open source data. We do our best to keep it updated but cannot guarantee that everything is correct. If you see any inaccuracies, contact us and we will correct it as soon as possible.

The laps start every full hour, and your pace determines how long your break is before the next start. Although the ultimate goal is to reach 80.4 km, you are warmly welcome to run as many laps as you wish – or can manage. For us at Backyard Norway, running is not about showing off or the pursuit of being the best, but about overcoming oneself and pushing new boundaries. Regardless of whether this boundary is at 10, 25, or 80 km, all runners are welcome, and the last participant to finish has performed just as strongly as the first.

Highlights

  • The laps start every hour on the hour, and your pace determines how long of a break you get before the next start.
  • Even though the ultimate goal is to reach 80.4 km, you are warmly welcome to run as many laps as you want – or can manage.
  • Running is a lifestyle and a leisure activity, and we want to challenge ourselves and push new boundaries.
