Hornindal Rundt is an annual ultra mountain race held in Hornindal, situated between Jotunheimen and the North Sea. The race, which was first organized in 2010, offers two distances: a 75 km ultra mountain race with 5600 meters of elevation gain and a 38 km mountain race with 2900 meters of elevation gain. Participants in the 75 km will navigate through 20 mountain checkpoints and experience a nature that can only be found in fairy tales. Starting from Honndalshallen at 07:00, this is a challenge that gives goosebumps to all who take part.
