The course goes up Nordåsstien, continues towards Haugevann, and around Espe before returning to the start. Participation is free of charge, but a small fee is required for prizes in the final race. All results are published on the Espe Rundt Facebook page and in Birkenesavisa.

Highlights

  • The course is exactly 7050 m, and the record is held by Hans Gunnar Omdal from Vindbjart with a time of 28:51 set on July 1, 2004.
  • There is room for everyone who wants a nice trip on a very special course, and the race is best suited for the fit hiker or runner.
  • You must have completed 3 races to be counted in the final, which is a reverse chase start based on the average of your three best races throughout the summer.
